  • We take our arrangements seriously, and if we say that we will be at a given address at a particular time, we will. We have much more than a single man-with-a-van, so we can provide cover if one of our staff gets ill or a vehicle is out of action, even if it means extra cost for us: we will not leave you hanging.
  • Depending on your needs, we will provide two or three men to carry all your items and secure them in our vehicles, so everything arrives safely. And for the added piece of mind, the goods we carry are insured.
  • We sell packing materials: boxes, tape, bubble wrap and we will deliver them to you before the arranged moving date, so you have enough time to pack everything. We know that sometimes it’s hard to estimate how much you will need, so we will collect any unused packing supplies from you and only charge you for what you have used.
  • If you don’t have the keys to your new home but need to move out, we can store your items in our vehicles for a short period (from few hours to few days), saving you the hassle and expense of arranging an interim storage facility.
  • If you have furniture that you don’t want moved to your new home, but is still usable, we can collect it for free, and in some cases, we will buy it from you – we deal with unwanted furniture removal (Edinburgh and around). Unfortunately, we are not able to collect furniture requiring disposal.
  • If necessary, we will visit your home at time convenient for you, so we can assess how much cargo space your move will need and how many people the job will require.

Once we know what the job entails, we will give you a fixed price for the service. For jobs over £100 booked in advance, we require a 40% deposit payable by PayPal or bank transfer, with the balance due in cash once the job is completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, don’t worry – we will do everything to reschedule for a convenient date, and if it’s not possible, the deposit is fully refundable as long as you cancel at least 72 hours before the pick-up date.
